I provide 1:1 training or groups of 2 here at the Babe Cave. For beginners I only offer training face to face. Personally to start a huge journey, the only way to gain confidence and really understand everything to your best knowledge and for me to see visually how your techniques are and how much information you have taken in. This really will benefit you in the long run. After all I only want the best for you!
